Secondary Education
Children remain at our school until the end of Year 6, when they transfer to a secondary school.
On average, over the last four years, 56 per cent of the year group have taken part in the Kent selection procedure (Kent Test) at the start of Year 6 to assess their suitability for grammar school. Of those, 55 per cent were deemed suitable for a grammar school education.
Due to our geographical location, children leave us to attend many different secondary schools. We have good links with all of the schools which helps to ensure a smooth transition for the children and their families.
In 2020 our Year 6s have been offered places at the following schools:
Bennett Memorial Diocesan School |
Oakwood Park Grammar School |
Cornwallis Academy |
St Augustine Academy |
Hillview School for Girls |
The Judd School |
Hugh Christie Technology College |
Homesdale School |
Invicta Grammar School |
Maidstone Grammar School |
Maidstone Grammar School for Girls |

In previous years our students have also been offered places at Maidstone Grammar School, New Line Learning Academy, Oakley School, St Simon Stock Catholic School, Sutton Valence School, The Hayesbrook School, The Skinners’ School and Tonbridge Grammar School.
